To inquire about performing at our venue, email bookingmirkwood@gmail.com. Please include sample music or videos, links to your website, and any other relevant materials that showcase your talent.

payment

Performers receive 100% of the cover charge collected at the door, which will be evenly split among all performing groups that night. By default, we set the cover charge at $10 per patron. If you wish to adjust this rate, it is your responsibility to communicate with the other acts on the lineup and come to an agreement.

You will receive the cash from the door at the end of the performance night. If opted in for online ticket sales, you will receive the ticket sales in 2-3 business days (the time it takes to transfer the money to you).

DISCOUNTS

Performers receive a 25% discount off food, and $1 discount off drinks on the day/night of their event. This applies only to performers, not to their friends, spouses, etc.

performance lineup and time

We aim to feature three bands per evening for 3+ hours of music, with load in starting at 7 pm and music starting at 8:00 PM. Each set typically lasts 45–60 minutes.

Booking a single band for the evening is an option, provided that you can perform for a minimum of 3 hours and are expected to draw a large audience.

We do our best to accommodate lineup requests, but the final order is determined by the booking manager based on what makes the most sense for the flow of the night. For example, alternating between slow R&B, hard rock, and then slow R&B may not create the best experience for the audience.

We provide backlined guitar amps and a professional sound engineer is available for your performance.

SOCIAL PROMOTIONS

We create a Facebook event and add you as a co-host, or you can create your own and add us as a co-host. We post reels and flyers on Facebook and Instagram. Keep in mind if you are playing with multiple bands/performers, the Facebook event and its poster will need to be adjusted to include the lineup.

Promotional materials can be created by us (flyers, videos) or we can use yours if preferred. Check out our social media for example reels of our event promotions.

ages

By default we are all ages until 11 pm - but we can restrict to 18+ for the performance if needed.

Venue information

Mirkwood has a 150 person capacity, a dance floor, and dining tables. We have a full restaurant and bar. This tiktok video gives a great tour of our establishment (skip to 3-1/2 minutes).
